Yelena Kostyugova - Family Programme Trainer, Coach, Therapist and Trainer

Yelena’s passion is to help others grow and become their best, happiest and wisest selves by creating loving relationships with themselves and others. Having overcome her own challenges throughout the years, Yelena empowers others from experience, showing them first-hand the impact a person’s mindset has on their ability to achieve their dreams. Her holistic and thorough approach is backed up by leading-edge science and research.

Yelena has been working with The Peace Foundation since 2011, delivering life-changing communication courses to families and communities around Auckland. She believes that one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why she uses an individualised approach with every person and every group making sure that her clients receive exactly what they need to create the changes they want.

She is frequently invited to present to businesses, schools and community groups. She enjoys working with people one-on-one and in groups. Yelena has written articles for NZ Sales Manager Magazine, been interviewed on MiNDFOOD radio and profiled in the Sunday Star Times. “When I am not busy coaching and training, I enjoy spending quiet moments reading and meditating. I love going for long walks and connecting with nature. I am dedicated to living a long, healthy and happy life, and often I find people around me are inspired to do the same. I also like to indulge in my passions for dance, yoga and snowboarding.” – Yelena
